I discovered this podcast during my separation (almost done). The early days are the toughest with such raw emotion and hurt going on but listening to Kate helped me so much. She is so positive and supportive and understanding of this stressful emotional process. I gained a lot of knowledge and was prepared for what was coming. Thanks for keeping me on track!
