So good
Great podcast to fall asleep too after a busy day. I do go back and listen though. Shame geologists don’t have a louder voice in this current day and age. Seems like people would rather listen to uneducated celebrities and activists rather than the experts. Keep up the great work.
It’s just the voice, but we’re still here …
Just great to hear NZentner delve into Geology, even if we miss out on the blackboard & props.
Well, what else are we to do between livecasts?
Keep it going N - all you’re efforts are greatly appreciated.
A perfect companion to the livestream series
Listener from Brisbane, Australia, never been to Washington, knew there was a Washington state or where the Pacific northwest was. Got hooked from the downtown lectures and live streams, and find these podcasts a way of consolidating my knowledge from these sources as Nick has an amazing way of painting clear pictures just through the power of words in just over half an hour without the distractions of the live chat, drills going into German Chocolate Cakes or pastries being smashed into blocks of Mexican Granite. While the initial podcasts from the Geo101 lectures were a little dark, the later podcasts reveal more of Nick’s warm personality, his eagerness to learn new material, an amazing dedication to education and not being afraid to ask more questions than have answers
