Courtney Armstrong and Memory Consolidation

This episode was marvellous. This was an incredibly informative podcast and i was pleased to hear how the neurons are reorganising themselves differently for memory recall. It was very similar to many Neuro Linguistic Programming interventions - and it’s great to see how different modalities are getting on the same page. Very easy to listen to and if you’v e not come across this before - very detailed to introduce RECON from Courtney Armstrong. This was the first episode i listened to and i’m impressed.

Since I wrote this, I have been a regular listener and am impressed and informed in new and interesting ways each podcast. Thank you!!!

Domestic Abuse

Loved the episodes with the wonderful Emma Katz and Jess Hill! Please have them both back. This topic can never be over discussed. I’m a domestic abuse/coercive control survivor, and feel so validated hearing that I am not to blame. Thank you 🙏
