You get to see Erik as a person and an athlete on this podcast rather than a YouTuber with a big stomach doing insane eating challenges. Love the topics they cover as they’re very relevant for me as I have had weight issues most of my life and recently started running. Harry is a breath of fresh air and as a fellow Aussie, I think what he does is frickin unreal!
Don’t waste your time
It was billed as something more than it turned out to be.
The advice was obvious and the discussion benign. Consistency is key is literally the first thing you learn in triathlon.
There’s also way too much foul language and “yeah dudes” for me.
One of the best podcasts out there
As a fellow triathlete myself Erik and Harry make it really easy to relate to them and make it a nice listen that feels like a breeze. The podcast has helped me face through some of my own issues and has definitely made recovery rides a whole lot more fun.
