Brilliant

Absolutely loving your podcast all the way from Australia
Your informative explanations are thought provoking and at the same time the content is bewildering

You mean the war

Lived through it. The troubles ( the word )is reductive and minimises this period if time. 30 years …. Of terrorism and they call it the troubles. Lets just minimise it with words.
But we hear stupid putrid headlines from England like “ The war of the Windsors!” “Harry and Megan at war with the Windsors!” “Brothers at War!” Minimalist words given to Northern Ireland by the British Government. Well its time History told the story correctly. PTSD was never acknowledged in the 1980’s. A nation suffered and its time for the Northern Irish to sue the British Government for these abuses.
