Let's be real, therapy has gained popularity recently – and we love to see people taking care of their mental health! But what comes with it are the therapy terms that are thrown around without actually understanding what they mean. "Boundaries" "trauma" "gaslighting." Now I'm not saying we're perfect because we've definitely used these wrong in the past but we wanted to make this episode to learn a bit more alongside with you!
