When Tim Bye was bullied, harassed, and discriminated against in the workplace, he hoped that his complaint would be heard and change would be made. This didn’t happen. Tim lost hope and became a shell of himself and could not manage his spiralling mental health issues that arose due to his poor treatment. Tim then discovered candle making, and is now selling his products with pride and working hard to maintain good mental health.
