Better than most actual plays
Decent audio quality (that is actually rare in actual play podcasts),theres some very good editing going on behind the scenes and editing makes a huge difference in quality between actual plays that are edited and those that are not, and decent enough roleplaying and acting across the board
The gm is pretty great at all the different side characters and having very different voices and setting the scene, his descriptions of the more horror scenes are genuinely creepy if you let yourself get into the mood to be scared
Also the setting is pretty cool, got me interested enough pretty quickly in seeing the story through to get to all the interesting stuff im sure this story is hiding
Ive gotten bored quickly or annoyed at poor audio quality with so many actual plays but its nice to see one start off with good quality right from the start rather than taking its time to get good a dozen episodes in like most shows

Bad.
I really wanted to like it but there’s a guy who’s S’ are so damn loud it makes listening to this very difficult. He slams plosives and ride those S’ so hard your ears will bleed. Had to tap our episode one because of the weird voice he’s putting on. (The guy playing Otto.)
