Truth Seekers: Bible Stories for Kids is a podcast for children (and adults) of all ages that journeys through the stories of the Bible. My name is Sherilyn Grant, and I am the host of the podcast. We start our way at the very beginning and walk our way through the Old and New Testament. The mission of the podcast is to help children see the individual stories of the Bible as part of one large story that reveals God's redemptive plan to rescue and restore us back to Himself. I pray that through the telling and reading of God's Word, you and your family will understand more clearly God's plan for salvation, His deep love for us, and how we can apply His truth to our lives. I searched for bible stories as I’m going through depressions & anxiety and stumbled past your podcast. Funny enough the story of Ezra is the first story I listened to and it brought tears to me eyes. You see my depression & anxiety is because my beloved father passed away just before Xmas 2021. His name is Ezra as well, & it’s the same name as my son. My faith was slowly slipping as I couldn’t believe god will take my dad away from me. But listening to your podcast was a sign given to me to humble my self and get to know god again and that he will never forsake me. Keep doing what you do you never know how many lives you have saved by your podcast. Please pray for me & I recommend to anyone whose going through dark times like me.
