Feelings of anxiety and stress affect us all- albeit to varying degrees. Shannon and Laura share how spiritual and magical practices and rituals can be used in combination with more familiar mainstream support mechanisms to help build and provide a supportive foundation to call upon during times of stress and anxiety. Topics covered include helpful herbs and plants, specific crystals, meditations, mantras, affirmations, the self-regulating technique known as ‘Havening’, ritual and mindful practices such as candle gazing, grounding in nature, working with the elements, ritual baths, oracle cards, and awareness of inner and outer cyclic changes. Shannon shares some information on the Greek Goddess of healing, Hygeia from the book ‘Encyclopaedia of Spirits’. Divine tool of the week is using a self-care strategy plan to equip your own toolbox with useful ‘go-to’ information to use in times of need.
