After several years attending a studio I found these podcasts. Once you know the poses these audio classes are wonderful to follow at home on your own mat. Wireless headphones keep it personal and I’m enjoying not racing to the calendar but practicing at my own time outside on my deck. A huge variety offered here.
As long as you know some pose names Nathan Johnson is awesome!
I have been doing at home yoga sessions via podcast with Nathan Johnson for a couple of years now. After a break whilst pregnant I looked him up & got back into it last week (bubba is 10 weeks old) and remembered how much I love him! He is really personable, gives very clear directions on poses (although you do need a few of the basics - I just google a pose name if I am unsure) and doesn't take himself too seriously. If you can't get to a class or just want some extra practice in the comfort of your own home give him a try!
