WE got another GEM dropping episode with one of my wolves, the owner of Valley Fitness Gym, Mike Cannizzaro !!!

It's cool to pick up iron but what about owning the iron? Mike spits his game and talks his ISH about how he started his path on becoming a gym owner, on what his vision was to get there, also how's the vibes are due to this BULL SH!T covid 19 and muscles the door on his BS that he is willing to tell the world (on how he likes to eat no carb bagels  and eats egg whites SMH lol). 

Honestly this is a fun episode with a good friend of mine, but there are a lot of gems to be picked up on what he is telling. For those trying to open up a fitness gym, understand the hustle and grit to get to what you want in life and also opening the mind up for those who would like to venture into this career path.

Hey young world!!!!! We have a great Gem dropping episode, with some of New York's finest... The School teachers that teach your badass kids haha (all jokes but probably true) 

This is a great episode for those trying to get into the teaching field and really get the understanding of what it really takes to be a school teacher and honestly a leader of the next generation!!!!! BARSSSSS 

Both of these essential workers bust their ass to get to where they are and they  will also be telling what's going on in the school system, how they became who they are , what inspired them to get into this field  and how COVID BULLSH!T 19 is affect everything; but how they're making their way to still teach the youth as best as possible with these hard times.
