Leinberger recently headlined our first Bank of Texas Speaker Series event of the year in which he debuted his WalkUP Wake-Up study on urban walkability in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. The study argues that while Dallas has been among the nation’s leaders in drivable suburban city planning, it must begin to pivot more toward walkable urban developments to meet current and future market demands.
