What to do when you want more from your exercise‪?‬ Lessons in behaviour change

Sometimes, you can reach a point when you realise that what you're doing right now isn't actually getting you the results you want.
This goes for any area of change, but in today's episode I use exercise as an example. It's often an area where I see this happening a lot, it's the same situation many of my clients are in when they first come to me, and it's also a position I've been in myself.
In this episode I'll cover 2 important steps you need to take so that you remove the possibility of future regret (from not taking action). As well as how to go about it in a way that doesn't feel like you're abandoning all the things you currently enjoy about your routine.
