Sarah Starrs is someone I have been excited to speak with on the podcast, as she is passionate about something I am living and breathing: how to manage family life around the reality of your menstrual cycle.
As a mum of three young children and being married to a man who doesn't have- but is keen to learn about - my cycle, I am still finding my feet when it comes to cycle syncing family life and my relationship to harmoniously complement, collaborate and know when its our turn to take one for the team at different parts of my cycle.
Join me and Sarah as we share our experiences of parenting and periods, and her tips for finding more ease, joy, and connection through cycle awareness, plus how to talk to your kids about the magick of your period.
