For over a decade, Sarah Williamson has guided and supported individuals grappling with addiction and mental health challenges. She believes that opting for a shift in your connection with alcohol prior to reaching a crisis point is a powerful and positive choice to make.

She is passionate about spreading the message that our lives can be joyful and fun on the other side of our drinking careers and there's no need to feel lonely, stressed or bored on this journey.

Sarah wears many hats as a trainer, public speaker, writer, podcaster, and coach. She spoke at WOW Fest 2023 and has returned especially for the podcast to discuss sober curiosity and life beyond alcohol.
