Through mentorship, group programming and individual support, Black Girl Lessons teaches these principles and hopes to help its participants build confidence and overcome adversity—especially adverse childhood experiences (ACES). Black Girl Lessons also promotes education through its Ella and Osia Scholarship Fund.
