Here at Dokkyo Medical University (DMU), we're trying to motivate our (Japanese) students to practice, and hopefully develop, their English speaking skills by making podcasts. The podcasts series called Talking Gist allows students to share key-words or phrases that help the listener (You) to understand what the gist or topic is. There are five topics which Mia & Airi will share with us. Can you guess what each of the topics are?

Narumi and Yuna are second grade students at Dokkyo Medical University and they took part in this series called 'Talk About It...' In the series, we invite students to talk about a subject that interests them. In this episode Narumi and Yuna talk about "Miso Soup". Enjoy!  😃

In this series, we talk to students and doctors about any topic they like. Also, if we get a chance we chat to visitors that come to study at our school or hospital. 

In this episode, Chris and Peter chat to Rie who is currently in the fourth year of her studies at our university (DMU). Rie shares her thoughts and experiences of studying English both in Japan and in the UK.
