Hey y'all! Thank you for stopping in and making time for the much anticipated second installment of, Peanut Butter and Jilly  Podcast! In this second episode my friend, Sara, and I talk about health, fitness and dieting. I have been body building for 18 years and talk about some of what I've learned along the way. Sara is new to dieting and she wants to know what's the skinny on shedding weight and feeling great. In this episode we have a phone interview with a personal trainer in CA. We also brought in Sara's sister-in-law and my best friend Sondra who obtained her Bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics and just recently finished an internship with UNLV.
