Let’s Talk Yoga is the first and only podcast that I listen to consistently. It’s filled with knowledgable guests, witty, thought-provoking conversations and hosted by a brilliant host. Arundhati, I truly appreciate your work in the yoga world, bringing in the so much needed south Asian perspective, deep respect for the ancient practice, determination in the search for the truth while keeping your mind and heart open. Listening to each episode makes me feel like having cup of chai with couple of knowledgeable friends. Always leaving me with warmth in my heart and more clarity in mind.
