Meet Victoria Woodhall Editorial Director of Get The Gloss. She joined the team in 2016 after ten years at the features desk at YOU magazine and Mail on Sunday, during which time she also qualified as a yoga teacher, teaching her stressed-out colleagues.
And so after more than 15 years of teaching vinyasa yoga in studios such as Triyoga and more recently on Instagram with Trinny Woodall, Victoria created an online platform with open-level Rocket Yoga classes for both newcomers and improvers.
So as well as being a full time journalist writing about meditation, hair loss, insomnia, gadgets and skincare, she teaches Yoga on socials and via her website.

Dr Shirin Lakhani MBBS MRCGP DRCOG is a GP and aesthetic physician. She graduated from Guy’s & St. Thomas’ Hospitals in London in 1999 and has worked as an NHS doctor, gaining experience in several hospital specialities, including medicine, general surgery, urology and accident & emergency, before training as an anaesthetist, and since founded Elite Aesthetics.
Shirin is a significant voice of authority within the intimate health space. She is integral in introducing conversations about HRT, incontinence and intimate health for both men and women. A leader in the industry, she offers innovative treatments for incontinence, the menopause and sexual dysfunction among other things both on Harley Street and in Kent. She’s passionate about the field of aesthetics and believes there should be greater regulation of the aesthetics industry to ensure that all practitioners are adequately trained.
Dr Lakhani has featured as an authoritative voice on programmes such as ITV’s This Morning and has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Cosmetic Doctors at the My Face My Body Awards, and has also featured on Embarrassing Bodies.

She’s passionate about educating women on the benefits of movement and diet and how, together, they play a fundamental role in managing many of the symptoms associated with menopause.
In her latest book Owning Your Menopause, Kate proves it’s possible to become fitter, calmer and stronger during menopause.

Award winning Dr Wassim Taktouk’s broad medical background and discerning eye have made him one of London’s most sought-after aesthetic physicians. After graduating from St. Bartholomew’s and The Royal London School of Medicine, he moved to Sydney where he earned his stripes working in A&E. On returning to the UK in 2005, he qualified as a GP and spent the following ten years serving at the Emergency Department in London’s Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. During this period his passion for aesthetics was cemented with a Postgraduate Diploma in Dermatology and a membership with the British College of Aesthetic Medicine.
In 2021, he launched his eponymous clinic, which swiftly became known for its state-of-the-art technology, world-leading physicians and a compassionate, ethical approach to integrative aesthetics.
His creative use of injectables and media-friendly personality have earned him accolades from international press including Tatler, Vogue, ELLE, Hello!, Harper’s Bazaar, ES and The Guardian. Grace is on a mission to inspire mature women to challenge the outdated misconceptions of middle age – ones that can leave us feeling invisible, undervalued, and unattractive.
With a background in branding and marketing, having co-founded my own agency at 27. Grace worked with celebrity make-up artist Jemma Kidd on her Make-Up School range for Boots before founding Studio 10 on a mission for all mature women.
Grace lives in Guildford, Surrey, and has three daughters, aged 21, 18 and 14.
