During such unprecedented times our thoughts and fears start racing through our mind, we get so frustrated about all the chaos and change that our mind starts navigating towards higher levels of anxiety. Our thoughts have a lot of power and directly impact how we feel that’s why it is very important to think right and this can be done through affirmations. Positive affirmations can offer us powerful support and help us feel more at ease. So calm yourself down, take a deep breath and affirm with me.

    Welcome to the 3rd episode of Affirm and Accelerate. Our emotion for this week is "Anger". Anger is a choice as well as a habit. Anger is not necessarily a negative thing. It is usually a sign that something is wrong and needs to be addressed. We’ve all got angry in the past and then would have felt guilty or bad about it later. Staying calm has been quite challenging. People may have done something mean or hurtful to you, but how you respond is what matters. Instead of reacting immediately take a min and stay calm. So take a deep breath and affirm with me. People who feel grateful have more energy and happiness than those who do not. They’re also likely to be less depressed, envious, greedy or anxious.     Welcome to the first episode of Affirm and Accelerate! Our emotion for this week is self love. Self-love isn’t about instant gratification. The practice of self-love is nourishing your mind,body and soul. A new pair of shoes or eating an entire pizza might make you feel good in the moment , but the feeling isn’t lasting–and could be damaging in the long run. You can't give love to someone until you first love yourself. You have the biggest impact and influence on yourself. So love yourself to the fullest by repeating these affirmations with me.
