Welcome to the first episode of Affirm and Accelerate! Our emotion for this week is self love. Self-love isn’t about instant gratification. The practice of self-love is nourishing your mind,body and soul. A new pair of shoes or eating an entire pizza might make you feel good in the moment , but the feeling isn’t lasting–and could be damaging in the long run. You can't give love to someone until you first love yourself. You have the biggest impact and influence on yourself. So love yourself to the fullest by repeating these affirmations with me.
