"You have no credibility!", Cosmoprof & Angel Min Check Size with Ami Colé Founder Diarrha N’Diaye-Mbaye (Part 1)

This is Diarrha N’Diaye-Mbaye for Female Startup Club.
Hello everyone and welcome back to the show! It’s Doone here - your host and hype girl.
Born and raised in Harlem, U.S.A., Diarrha N’Diaye-Mbaye is a first- generation Senegalese-American entrepreneur. Over the past decade, Diarrha has worked in marketing, communications and social media for multi-million dollar brands such as Rebecca Minkoff, VIBE Magazine, and L’Oreal Paris. She then began to lead and execute new product launches while working in product development and innovation at Glossier. Bringing her 8+ years of experience, today she is the Founder and CEO of emerging beauty brand, Ami Colé, a "better-for-you" brand made to celebrate melanin-rich skin.
Okay, so this episode is insane. It's packed with so much goodness. We're covering a lot of that juicy stuff that happens in the lead-up to building a brand. How you get from idea to sample, and from sample to money, and from money to launch. So if you're in that really early stage, this is an episode for you! You better believe there's going to be a pt.2 coming, so bookmark and stay tuned.
Before we get into that juicy stuff, one ask from me. If you love the show and get something out of it, please do honour the girl code and leave us a review whenever you’re listening to other ears can find us too. You know I love it when you do that, and I am so grateful in advance!
Alrighty, let’s jump in! This is Diarrha for Female Startup Club.

This is Belinda Everingham for Female Startup Club.
Hello everyone and welcome back to the show! It’s Doone here - your host and hype girl. Today we’re learning from Belinda Everingham, the founder of Bondi Wash & Bondi Wild, and there is so much to unpack in this episode.
Belinda Everingham, founder of BONDI WASH, is the creative force behind WASH WILD. A love of nature, combined with a desire to create gentle, natural and affordable alternatives to home and body products, motivated Belinda Everingham to create WASH WILD. Following the success of its more premium sister brand, BONDI WASH, Belinda wanted to create a range that was more accessible, available in supermarkets, but still truly natural with high-quality ingredients.
We are talking through a decade of learnings from building multiple brands. We’re talking fundraising, government support, international expansion, retail, advice for new founders, and literally so much more.
