    Consider waking up each day with the purpose of finding your chosen frequency in every moment. Whether at work, driving, or with family, your mission is to seek out and expand this frequency. When you look for something, you'll find it. If you see yourself as a victim, you’ll find ways to confirm it. But if you see yourself as a gift to the world, you’ll find ways to prove that too.

    Perspective is key. Even in tough situations, there's potential for positive outcomes. For example, an organ donor’s passing can be a tragic loss for their loved ones, but it’s also a life-saving gift for someone else. Both perspectives are true. Shifting your perspective to see beyond yourself can reveal the good in any situation.

    Breaking generational curses in your family may be painful for you but is a gift to future generations. Embracing challenges can reveal your strength. You might be here to expand a particular quality in a world filled with chaos and ego. Removing ego helps you see the good in any situation.

    What you perceive is what you truly are. If you see only the good, that’s what you’ll experience. Your state of being dictates your experience. If you wake up looking for negativity, you'll find it. But if you choose positivity, you'll see love and light everywhere, even in difficult times.

    Choosing love and light consistently makes you a beacon of positivity. You can’t control others' thoughts, but you can inspire them. Focus on your state of being, and even in the face of adversity, choose positivity. This choice defines who you are and what you become.

    Why do bad things happen to you? What if they're happening for you, to help you become tougher, softer, or bigger than the challenges you face? This perspective lets you see difficulties as opportunities for growth and expansion.

    The law of attraction says like attracts like. In this physical world, like attracts like because of the delta. But in the non-physical world, like is like. This physical world allows you to become any frequency you desire, regardless of how you're born.

    Your journey may not be fair or even, but it's yours to conquer. Achievements are less important than who you become through them. If you chase external things like money, you'll bring your empty self there, still unfulfilled. It's the internal change that matters.

    Struggle with kindness, forgiveness, anger, or jealousy? Your opportunity is to become the opposite. When you create that version of yourself, you believe in it, and you move on as that new version.
