    I don’t just mean in terms of money but how much time do you give yourself each day to move, to eat to sleep ?

    Regular training has had a massively positive impact on females for decades now, although the misconception behind prenatal clients being unable to do is something I would like to encourage others to educate themselves a little more on too.
    I myself have no experience of what it is like to carry a child nor go through the experience of bringing on into the world, but that being said I make it my mission to be able to meet each client at where they are at in their health and fitness journey and pregnancy should not stop that. Rather than be put off the idea of continuing to exercise let’s understand the why behind how it can benefit that individual.
    The lovely Linzi from Livfit training academy joins me on this episode of a cuppa with the coach to discuss her own experience of her second pregnancy whilst continuing not only to work as a gym owner and coach but also continue to keep up her own training and the ups and downs she has come across during this pregnancy.

    As much as Coach Lucy is the brand of this business it’s not the identity. I am a big believer in growth and development surrounded by others.
    I started my business Coach Lucy because I was never too sure exactly what the intentions if my business was it was never just to be a fitness instructor or personal trainer. I wanted to add value to peoples lives through not just a 30-60min session I wanted to ensure that the the vales of this business could be something that others can ingrain in their every day lives too.
    When you get a response from me, Coach Lucy it’s not and “I” but a “we” because this business was never built from me alone.
