    Have you ever felt not good enough? Me too! You are not alone. According to research and data, the average person has approximately 60,000 thoughts per day. Out of those thoughts, 75% of those thoughts are negative, and 95% of them are repetitive! Interesting, right?

    In this episode, I share some amazing tools I learned from a recent experiential workshop I took! We all have limiting thoughts that ruminate and keep us stuck! Often, something or someone can trigger us and if we have not done the work, it triggers those negative thoughts. We respond with fight, flight or freeze!

    As the sun rises on this glorious morning, a day that symbolizes rising, hope, and new beginnings, may you too step forward and rise.

    Wherever you are today and however you celebrate Easter – whether gathered in a church, nestled at home with loved ones, or enjoying a nature hike to celebrate the dawn – may this day be a symbol of new beginnings. May I offer you a message of hope.

    I remember feeling full of doubt and questioning my identity as I entered midlife. Uncertainty gnawed at me about what came next after raising my children. I wondered about the dreams I'd tucked away, and if I was even qualified to dust them off and revive them.

    The answer is a resounding YES! Yes, you can rise, revive, reinvent, and start again! You have the strength to step forward and rise above the challenges you've faced, the wrong decisions made, the relationships broken, or the business ventures that failed. May you even rise from a job or move that didn't pan out. You are incredibly strong, capable of rising above uncertainty, doubt, and fear.

    Rise up, dear one.
