    But how do you know what the best option is, where do you look for help and how has the landscape changed for the class of 2023?  
    Joining Georgie Frost are Natasha Devon, a mental health campaigner who helps schools and students manage the transition from college or sixth form to the next stage, whether that's an apprenticeship, work, uni or a gap year.
