There are mini moments of trust that you are given daily that are a BIG deal. Because whether it is for your own ability to trust yourself, or for someone else to trust you with their business, you need to come through in little moments so that you can be trusted with more!

All you need is faith
We're going to go through down periods. What I want you to stop doing is to go through these down periods autonomously. If you can drive 3 hours and barely remember any of it, you're capable of spending 3 hours autonomously in a negative state that can impact your day.

Leave tough emotions in the past
Frustration, sadness, disappointment, etc can leave you in a rut and leave you open to COMPOUNDING mistakes, or having a hard time moving on.
The past belongs in the past.
One moment of tough emotion can derail an entire day, week, month, or year even sometimes.
I know how that feels from athletics, and from my own life when I make mistakes and have a difficult time MOVING ON.
Here are some thoughts. -
