It has to be trail & error or you won't learn more about how your body reacts on your own without seeking out help as a last resort when nothing is working. I still do everything myself. I've never had help & never had a coach ever. This is my journey 20+yrs of learning my body and still learning today. It never ends you only try to stay ahead of it.
