This girl right here! I had the great opportunity to interview Lauren Jones who is one of the strongest, transparent, and resilient person I have met. Lauren's story  gave  me pure hope that there is a light through every dark place, even if  that dark place is the human mind.  Little did I know that when I  would bring Lauren onto my Podcast that her story would not only give me  hope, but also know that there are others out who have a passion to  spread their story to help.  Lauren turned her darkest moments of  life into a life powered by resilience that includes: influence,  transformation, and change. Not only to help herself, but to help others  save their soul through being a therapist. But her journey was not an easy one.
