    The COVID 19 crisis that started as a health emergency quickly turned into an economic disaster hitting the global production capacity. Unlike the 2008-09 financial crisis, this pandemic was sudden and more severe.  As people were forced to stay indoors by their governments, to contain the spread of the disease, a new pattern of consumer behaviour started to emerge. Brands across the globe had to act swiftly to face the challenge posed by this shift in consumer outlook. This episode discusses the different challenges brands are facing and how they can strategies to stay relevant amid these uncertain times.
