2020 was a terrible year for so many reasons, and music was arguably more important to our mental health than ever before. Breaking Down "Hypnic Jerk" with Mount Sigh
Our first episode! Featuring a phone chat with Mount Sigh about my favorite song on his EP Glitter Planet. He breaks down how he wrote “Hypnic Jerk,” why he had to keep a few recording no-nos, what the heck the title means, and how it relates to the song’s deeply personal lyrics.
