Do you believe these things to be true ? Who are you surrounding yourself with ? What are you reading ? Are you seeking seeds of positivity and love to plant in your every day life ?

For this weeks assignment, be as unapologetically selfish as possible. Being "Selfish" is the greatest display of Self Love. Plant positive seeds this week ! *Key note ; In order for the world to love you, you must love yourself unconditionally.

Spend this week doing things that satisfy your soul. Do everything for self ! The more you do, the more you love... So how much do you Love yourself?

FACT : Since it began emitting ash a little over a week ago, more than 162,000 people have fled their homes. With over 175 earthquakes in a 24 hour period, locals as well as scientists are keeping a close eye on this volcano in preparation for eruption. The last one taking place in 1977.
