S1E3: Charting a Path with Purpose - Unpacking the College Process

In this episode, we discuss some of the myths surrounding the college application process, ways that young people can prepare themselves, and the confusions surrounding the college process during the pandemic. Our guest, Susie Solomon, comes to us with experience in college admission and college counseling. Currently, she serves as the director of college counseling at Pacific Bay Christian School.
    Our guest’s bio:
Susan Solomon had about 20 years of experience, serving as Assistant Director of Admission for Boston University for the West Coast region and Notre Dame de Namur University. After working in college admissions, Susan switched sides of the desk and joined Kehillah Jewish High School in Palo Alto as the Director of College Counseling. She has counseled hundreds of students and their families through the college search and application journey--laughing, crying, and celebrating with them! Currently, in addition to her private consulting practice (https://solomoncollegecounseling.com), she also serves as the Director of College Counseling at Pacific Bay Christian School where she brings smile and joy to our students every day.
