Joining the FSU Family less than a year ago, University President Richard McCullough has hit the ground running in his efforts to continue the legacy of excellence set by those before him. President McCullough became the 16th president of Florida State University on Aug. 16, 2021, bringing more than 30 years of academic research and leadership experience to the role and a commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship, diversity, equity and inclusion. Today on Echoes, we welcome Dazi Lenoir (B.A. '02, M.S. '03). Dazi is a founding and managing partner of Lyons & Lenoir LLC, a boutique law firm specializing in personal injury and wrongful death litigation, as well as family and sports law matters. A two-time graduate of FSU, Lenoir earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature with a concentration in business in 2002 and a master’s degree in sports administration in 2003. Today on Echoes, we welcome Shannon Estenoz (B.S. '94). Shannon is a fifth-generation native of Key West, Florida, and holds degrees in International Affairs and Civil Engineering from Florida State University. She has held roles with the World Wildlife Fund and the National Parks Conservation Association, and is currently the Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife Parks for the U.S. Department of the Interior.
