    Episode 1: Made For Learning Series, Chapter 1 - Introduction

    Dr. Alicia Gallegos Butters, Dr. Michanne Hoctor Thompson, and Pamela Rabin kick off our new podcast series by jumping right into reflective conversations about making effective teaching decisions and what the driving beliefs and practices are that underly teacher practice and technology integration. Over the next 9 episodes we will be reading and responding to our book choice, Made for Learning: How the Conditions of Learning Guide Teaching Decisions, by Debra Crouch and Brain Cambourne. 

    We introduce ourselves, offering a little background on our own teaching careers, and then pull from the over 25 years of teaching experience we each have to help you reflect on your own practice. Through this podcast we hope to propose ideas to explore and consider, construct our own essential questions about how technology is integrated meaningfully within pedagogy, and engage in some purposeful, grounding reflection.
