On todays podcast we brought on a special and lovely guest for a discussion based interview, who has assisted in emotional care and support or over 40 births the beautiful Regina who is not only a great friend but amazing certified doula comes to share some knowledgeable insight. Its also black history month and we decided to shed some light on The Granny Midwives as our Herstory of the week, stay tuned to hear more about them and their legacy as black woman who wanted to help give births to all shades out of necessity. Also we dive into our daily lives with a dash of more doula talk from the current modern hospitals, immunizations, to child birth at home and how being a doula actually looks and feel while sharing some personal experiences.
