2020 and 2021 has been overwhelming for most of us, dealing with various types of loss, pain, worry, grief, trauma, mental illnesses, health scares etc. This episode introduces the idea of leading with a trauma sensitive approach with our interpersonal & intra-personal relationships. It also acknowledges that trauma is NOT the new clout term- instead of criticizing that everyone is talking about it, maybe we should view it as less people suffering in silence for various reasons.
