Episode 61 - Leader Presence Leader Up

In this episode we meet with three members of the Center for Army Leadership (Janetta Harris, Mounir Bouchareb, and Bernard F. Harris Jr.) to talk about an article they co-authored titled "Leader Presence and Its Impact on Organizational Climate."
