Good riddance to those who take you for granted in gimme gimme frenemieships, abusive connections, and the hostage situations that keep us stuck in unloving cycles. Released with humility and boundaries in blunt conversation regarding mentoring or codependency; elections or white-supremacy and the futility of podcasts.
