Well, we're back everyone! After an extended break, we're excited to be back talking all things fantasy, in general!



We are beginning a new chapter-by-chapter and are going to embark on delving into the world of Dune! This week, we cover background of the novel and Chapter 1!

Well, we capped out with Baddies: Characters We Love To Hate last week with the ultimate villain, the Joker. So this week we start a new series: Sidekick Central. For our first week, we discuss the ultimate sidekick. He's loyal, he's pure of heart, and all he really wants is a big garden and his sweet Rosie Cotton. Of course, it's none other than the lovable Samwise Gamgee! What makes him so beloved? Is he the true hero? Where does he find his redemption? Is there any greater sidekick?
