In this episode, we sit down with Rachel Torres. She is a 2X JR ATWR holder raw in the 75kg weight class. We talk about her upcoming competition, current training for this meet. Her past accomplishments and what it's like being married to a powerlifter. Luckily enough we had Rachel and her husband come by the gym and train not too long ago and they are amazing people.
