I Love You Still - Ep. 05 Poetic_Retreat: Word | Art | Sound

Hi everyone, this poem is, as it says in the title, about loving, loving another person, finding room to fix this person into your life and sometimes it just doesn't fit and it falls apart, over simple things as well as major things also, but in this case its about the argument that went too far and the consequences of that, the disagreements. then after the dust settles, so to speak, you both realise and think, was it worth it in the end, all that aggravation and stress. And how we move on from that place of discontent, and sometimes the best way is to listen to each others heart, what you felt for the person, how you both came to be together and love each other. Great poem that speaks volumes of the human heart and emotions and how we process all of the above combined, and what the conclusion is to all that information we have stored up. Most of the time we get it wrong, but again if we can just listen to how we truly feel, deep inside our souls etc the answers are there.
The painting reflects love, in the sense of being so open with our emotions, and the heart represents this emotion, it's a form of vulnerability, being in love with another being and expressing this emotion.
