CPS Acs Jcca Government vs claythompsonequalopportunity the years of family face poverty and gain housing after years of domestic violence deceit and lost relationships behavior problems children manipulate case workers jcca acs cps as parents cry out for help school was change to show no cause of pattern children was left behind with no resources in place two children was place back in care of biological parent when showed no means to provide for children when adequate housing was questioned also with drug allegations was never investigated and courts never investigated the steps of safety for children and why they was in mother's possession during temporary removal because father didn't have a place and sister couldn't keep the kids a house due section 8 voucher discrepancies will occur I am proud father of unique Ali and advocate for family justice systems in the state of new York my family was taken from me for financial gain for funding to force patents in to accepting services for children and I then my two yrs old at the time but now 3 place child in a single parent household and keep him from having a chance at life my son face trauma from being separated from all siblings during matter children was also abuse in jcca care and was removed from home children was denied medical children was left with no therapy or services for behavior problems for several months with out of care of parents in which parents hd in place for children thank you Ali and monique the advocates and I am proudly to say that I disagree with the agency decisions efforts to provide documentation on visitation and fjtc reports not one thing was mandated in my case iam being trail due process this is how many families get treated wake up build on that
