Author writes 3 Seacoast-based, New Hampshire Crime Series, mysteries in 8 months, on her phone Hi my name is Sandra Wells wrote four murder mystery books, all set in the Seacoast. All four were written since I decided to become a writer last March, a year ago. The four books written in eight months, all now published, were written on my Samsung Galaxy 9S+ smartphone, 929 miles away while living in Saint Clair, Tennessee.  "Murder, mayhem and crooks gone wild," are the books theme.  Locations include Portsmouth, Dover, Hampton, Exeter and "all around" the Seacoast. I have lived around the world, including four years in Barrington, NH in the early 1990s. Portsmouth, and "a lot," of the local area's are by memory, others by online research. "I remember everything about Portsmouth." I once worked at Foster's Daily Democrat while in New Hampshire.  A native of the South, I loved New Hampshire and decided to make it the setting for my debut of mystery books. As a career graphic designer, I always liked writing but never quite had the time. While exchanging online messages with a friend from grade school, I mentioned some day wanting to be a best-selling author. My friend dared me to get started and, with no prior writing experience, I began writing parts of my stories on the cell phone, then emailing them to myself. I just start writing and three-quarters of the way through a book, "I still don't know what the ending is going to be." Finding "cool ways" to kill off characters is part of my craft and I ordered myself a T-shirt that says, "Be careful because I'm thinking about killing you off in my next novel." Lol! Breaking Rules Publishing all four of my books. My first novel "Just Like That" is about two Portsmouth police detectives. Detective Carver and Detective Kelly G. Are investigating the murder of parents by done by their own children, while Detective Kelly G. has "an insane stalker killing off people to get to her." My second book "Nothing Else Matters" has the same two Portsmouth detectives investigating a revenge murder, a kidnapped teenager who is being sold as a sex slave on a dark web auction. "Two rogue cops working with a heartless local drug dealer who doesn't blink an eye at killing his own drug runners complicate the search." "Deceit, murder and corruption run rampant." "Fatal Prediction" is my third book in the "New Hampshire Crime Series" starring the Portsmouth detectives. Characters include a recently released inmate "with a huge grudge against his ex-wife and her family," two very young children are left alone in a remote cabin in the New Hampshire wilderness. Can a psychic help rescue them in time? A doctor and his nurse are stealing infants and selling them for adoption. My fourth book "Before Dawn" was just released. I bring back two characters from the other books. Women are being gunned down driving to work in the early morning hours. Nurse Milly secretly kept one of the infants that they took and has been keeping her secluded for five years. Each book has two seperate stories going on. I can now write a book in less than two months and find Myself thinking about "how I'm going to kill everyone off." All my Seacoast-themed books can be purchased through the publisher at breakingrulespublishing.com. She can be reached through my author profile at https://allauthor.com/author/pookybear1961/
