    GO OFF JESS AND SAL!!
Every love story is unique, and hearing the Ansari’s journey to one is a beautiful reminder of how special each woven union truly is. From their friend zoned beginning to an autoimmune disease diagnosis at the start of their marriage to so many golden nuggets of His fingerprints all over, this episode is a reflection of their resilience, partnership, and abundant JOY in this first chapter of life together along with their community.

As a fellow Enneagram 2 and 9 couple, I gleaned so much insight on how to walk in health to truly uplift my own partner, Matt. Tune in to listen to Jess' journey with Graves Disease, to rejoice at His goodness, and to witness what's ahead for the Ansaris!

❤️‍🩹 And for those fighting through their own unexpected illnesses, I hope this can serve as a small way to feel seen and keep moving forward ❤️‍🩹 Eunjoey!

An Elite Panel of Enneagram 9 Husbands, Part 2

If you thought Part 1 was good, you're in for a treat for Part 2 with these Enneagram 9 Husbands. Listen in as they reflect on how their defense mechanisms come to play in their lives, how they have grown and matured through embracing conflict, and what they love about their amazing Type 2 and Type 7 wives.

After recording these episodes, now I know why Enneagram 9s are so fun to be around. From the light-hearted vibes to the true effort in reflection, I hope this conversation with 4 grown men (LOL) can inspire you to also take time to celebrate your own growth and journey ahead.

    I hope you eunjoey~~~~

An Elite Panel of Enneagram 9 Husbands, Part 1

I have never had so much fun recording a podcast episode (actually TWO) than I did with these four men who brought laughter, depth, and insight to their lives as Enneagram 9s.

Tune in as you listen to what resonates to each of them as a Type 9, how their upbringing might have affected this formation, and how getting married has challenged them to embrace conflict and more.

This conversation gets so good that we broke it up into TWO episodes. Stay tuned for tomorrow's release of part 2!

    Sisterhood Through the Seasons

    Sisterhood Through the Seasons

This week I invite my sister, Jessica Chi, onto the podcast to have real talk about the various transitions we've gone through in the past decade. Being best friends since forever, we have both faced the tough reality of how life's changes resulted in new seasons for us as we navigate how to best embrace these new chapters while properly saying goodbye to the precious past.

Listen in as we discuss the different perspectives we have as younger/older sister, how we are unlearning the need to sacrifice/suffer for a good life, and how we have supported each other through the toughest times like depression, career struggles, and more.

    "it is only heavy

    because you are deciding

    over and over again

    to carry it

    embrace change,

loosen up your sense of identity,

let yourself walk a new path

you do not have to ignore

    or erase the past,

    you just have to wholeheartedly

embrace the present and move on"

    2024: Growing through Transitions

    2024: Growing through Transitions

Today, I sit down with Matt to talk about what transition we are approaching in this season, if we're happy lately, what things lost have made us sad, and how we can better love one another as Valentine's Day comes up. As Matt shares his shift from an urgency mindset into an arguably "smoother" lifestyle, I'm curious for others out there who have had a long medical training journey or other arduous and time-consuming path. What happens when all of that is now complete? How have you transitioned into a more "normal" life?

I am excited for this year as I shine a light on TRANSITION with my guests and extend the invite to you as well! If you have a story to share, please email me at kollercommentary@gmail.com so we can get it on the podcast. Let's move forward in resilience and joy together!

it is normal to feel down, tired,
    and emotionally exhausted when
you are going through a big transition
especially when you have to let go
of something good for the chance
    at something better
    great changes are not meant to be easy;
they arise to inspire your growth

    We've Come a Long Way! It's my 50th Episode!!

    We've Come a Long Way! It's my 50th Episode!!

Three years ago, I launched this simple podcast that has undergone various facelifts, but I am so proud of where it’s come! To celebrate my MONUMENTAL 50th episode…I bring it back to the beginning and invite my OG crew, Won Hee Lee (9) and Dr. Matt Koller (9) onto the pod.
Won Hee and I reunite to interview Matt on this past year as an official practicing psychiatrist. Matt, or should I say Dr. Koller ;), shares what he has noticed in the mental health field, what simple advice he has for our listeners, and how his work has even affected his view of his own mental health.
We then shift gears as Won Hee and I also reflect on our own mental health journeys, our relationship with imposter syndrome and perfectionism, and how we navigate our identities as Asian Americans.
Listen in as we share our triggers in relationship to our Enneagram Types, how faith plays a foundational part for each of us, and simple goals we have for the coming year. We hope you celebrate Episode 50 with us and eunjoyyyyyy this episode!!
