Let’s Talk About Your Camera Settings‪!‬ PhotographyVerse Podcast

    • Negócios

What the heck does MASP mean on your camera? How do I use them? “Whattttt? I’m so lost, I’ll just use auto”… said no professional photographer ever.

This is how you know that it’s getting real! You’ve reached the step of wandering beyond the auto or scene settings on your camera; now what?

In this episode, we tackled the different modes that DSLR and mirrorless cameras have. I prefer to shoot in M (manual mode) as I have FULL control on my camera’s settings. However, some photographers prefer to shoot in Aperture priority, Shutter speed priority, and even Program.

But what are the differences between them? And which should you use in a given situation? Here, we explain what each one does and when you may want to use it.

Remember, the best way to learn is to go out into the world and try things. You may fail but you will definitely learn!

Tune in next week as we will be discussing how to shoot in harsh lighting and I’ll be giving y’all a couple of exercises to do to be more familiar with the powerful tool you have in your hands i.e., your camera.

Let’s rock this week,

K
