David B.H. ,

Officially hooked, indeed it's massa!

Clever name for the podcast, beautifully illustrated by the song that inspired it. Podcasts in English talking about Brazilian culture might seem suspicious at first to the cautious listener, but fear not: the hosts demonstrate a solid understanding, respect, love, dedication and appreciation for Brazilian music. I really liked how they picked a particular song to highlight its instruments and genre and look forward to more of these analyses. As someone who's from the Northeast of Brazil and really loves our music, I find that these types of breakdowns further enhance my appreciation even for songs that I might already know but might not have taken the time to reflect on all of their harmonic/melodic/percussive/lyrical nuances and historical background.
