In modern society, with the development of the Internet, and the impact of the epidemic, more people can work from home.

More and more people no longer need a fixed unit to go to work, such as to go to work in a company, a department or an organization.

More and more people work from home and complete their work through the Internet. Or not through the Internet, but working for themselves.

This is what we might call freelancing. So, let me give you some examples.

Freelance photographers, for example, can attract more and more clients by presenting their work, such as those who specialize in wedding photography or travel photos.

The other is the cake private shop mentioned last time, which is more suitable for women.

In recent years, some people who specialize in writing online novels have become online writers, who earn high copyright fees by publishing their works online.

Another one that's very common is designers, because designers just have to do their work in front of the computer, and then deliver it to the client over the Internet, so it has more flexibility, so there are a lot of freelance designers now.

There is also a large group of people in China who do "We Media". Personally, I think the term "We Media" is not accurate, but let's call it that for the moment.

Some we-media is to make short videos, some we-media is to write articles, and some we-media is to make audio.

I'll read you an article today.

A friend of mine now has a successful career and a happy life in the eyes of many people. But what we don't know is that he went through a hard time when he first graduated.

Because his major was not popular, he was often rejected when applying for a job. Many resumes were sent out with no response, and he went to numerous job fairs but only to be politely rejected.

At that time, he would go out every morning with all the energy he could muster, but every day he would come back feeling very depressed.

In order not to worry his family, he lied and said he was already at work and no longer needed money from his family. He paid his rent with the money he saved from a part-time job at school and had to figure out how to divide the rest of the money into each meal so that he wouldn't starve.

After two months of this, he was hired by a small business finally.

At work, he was always the hardest-working guy in his department. After work, he learned various professional books and forced himself to adapt to the new position as quickly as possible. Finally, he passed the probation period and successfully became a regular employee.

His job slowly fell into place, and he spent weekends and holidays attending various training sessions. After a few years, he jumped to a big company.

He said that after so many years, he often thought of that hard time. As he grew older, he became more and more grateful for that experience, for the hardship that sharpened his mind and stimulated his potential.

It is because of suffering, he will understand the meaning of hard work, and will have been constantly trying to move forward.

Many times, such articles give us psychological comfort, give us encouragement. But, a lot of times people call this kind of article "chicken soup for the soul", it can comfort your soul, but the world is very complicated. It may skip over a batch of brutal facts and tell you only the things that cheer you up and make you happy.

Once there was a very famous variety show, it was a debate show, the young people in China w

I have a friend who wants to open her own bakery.

Well, her brother owns a bakery himself. What is a bakery? It makes cakes and desserts.

It is said that their most profitable product is the birthday cake. The cost of a birthday cake may only be 20 to 30 yuan, but the price is usually more than 100 yuan.

And this friend, she didn't want to start with a physical store. On the one hand, she doesn't have so much money, and on the other hand, she can't afford all kinds of business and risks brought by a physical store.

So, now a lot of little girls run a bakery in their home, which means they make products at home and deliver them to customers when they have orders.

Even if such a bakery is made at home, the equipment and raw materials it needs to purchase will cost tens or even hundreds of thousands of RMB.

There’re some successful cases of little girls around us, they make cakes and cookies at home and then selling them over the Internet.

She said that one of her friends made this kind of bakery, bought a nice car in about one year.

There is also a bakery owner who specializes in custom-made birthday cakes. He also cooperate with wedding celebration companies to provide cakes and snacks for weddings.

Because these bakeries save the rent cost, they usually use good raw materials instead of inferior cream, milk and so on, so their cakes taste very fresh and are healthy.

This guy who runs the bakery, he makes cakes when he has orders, and he goes fishing at the lake when he doesn't have orders. Isn't that a nice life?

In fact, nowadays, the work pace of young people is very fast, and there are all kinds of cases on the Internet that tell these young people that there are many free jobs or entrepreneurial projects that can do what they like and make money, even more than being am employee.

As a result, more and more young people are abandoning their regular jobs and choosing to start their own business, or do freelance work.

In fact, this is a very good phenomenon

There is a theory that what a man shows off, what he lacks.

Do you agree with that? To judge a man's real strength is to see what he is showing off.

If he shows off that he graduated from a famous university, then his degree is his upper limit; if he shows off that he has a million luxury cars, then the car is his upper limit.

Why does he show off his academic experience? Because it was his greatest experience.

Why does he show off his car? It's the most expensive car he can afford.

Why does he show off his lifestyle? Because it was the most tasteful way of life he could understand.

I once saw a saying, the poor suddenly become rich, will like to show off. But people from wealthy or aristocratic families do not show off their status or money.

Do you agree with this statement?

There is a similar saying that the more confident a person is, the lower he or she feels.

In a sense, I agree with this view.

In addition, I have found that shorter men have low self-esteem to some extent, and their inferiority is reflected in a kind of antagonistic confidence.

In addition, I also heard of a saying that how to develop one's own self-confidence? How to make oneself confident?

There is a saying that repeated success, repeated success, you will be confident.

For example, when I do something, the first time, I am very nervous, the second time I am not so nervous, such as speech, when I have given speech for many times, I will become very confident.

Another theory is that true confidence comes from a loving, warm upbringing in the family of origin.

Which view do you agree with?

When we get out of school, start working, start having a family, start having kids, there's more stress.

Most of the people around us don't do physical exercise regularly, so many of them are in the state of sub-health all the time.

In Chinese gyms, it is the form of membership card. Many people sign up for an annual pass, but after only a few visits, the initial resolution to make effort to fitness or lose weight quickly fades.

Chinese people work a long time, especially now with the Internet social software, it seems that there is no accurate time to go and leave work, no matter in the morning or at night, you have to timely reply to work messages, deal with work matters.

Therefore, with the few rest time left, people would like to calm down and have a good rest, and have no energy to do physical exercise again.

How can this situation be changed? It involves many aspects such as personal planning, social culture and economic development.

Recently, a freighter got stuck in the middle of the Suez Canal, impassable to hundreds of ships and causing huge economic losses.

The Suez Canal was built since1859 and took ten years to complete with the work of a large number of Egyptian laborers.

After the completion of the Suez Canal, freight travel between Europe and Asia was greatly reduced.

After more than 100 years of development, the Suez Canal has become increasingly important, with about 10 percent of world trade passing through it every year.

The incident reflects problems in the management of the Suez Canal.

Several articles have suggested that the most likely candidate for compensation is the ship's owner, a Japanese shipping company.

Should such a shipping company really be left to bear the unexpected consequences of the chaotic management of the Suez Canal?
